Keto Shrimp Shirataki Noodles with Asparagus and Black Olives

Ingredients (3 servings)
- 2 cups Shirataki noodles - drained (also known as Miracle Noodles)*
- 2 cups shrimps - cleaned
- 2 cups asparagus - sliced
- 1½ cup pitted black olives
- ½ cup parsley - chopped
- 2 cloves garlic - pressed
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (crushed red pepper)
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Steps
- Strain Shirataki noodles using a colander and rinse well with cold water
- Heat up a frying pan or a wok with extra virgin olive oil on medium/high heat and stir fry pressed garlics, chili flakes and sliced asparagus with a dash of salt for 3/4 minutes
- Add shrimps, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, red cayenne pepper and cook for another 2 minutes
- Add pitted black olives, Shirataki noodles, chopped parsley and soy sauce. Mix and cook for 2/3 minutes
- Serve
